Newest & Efficient Methods for Gaining the Best Results

Some of the methods which are commonly being used for reducing anxiety, stress, fear & worry aren't the actual most efficient and affective ones. Often only helping to be more able handling unpleasant emotions, but never truly releasing and freeing people from them.

Body Therapy has been shown to show amazingly high, effective and long-term results releasing unpleasant emotions, stuck energy, tension and so many physical, psychological and behavioural symptoms. EMDR and Somatic Exercises are building the base for "Releasing Anxiety" Course, next to plenty of other methods and skills Astrid has been able to gain afters years of working with people. 

Weekly Live Session

There will be a weekly group live session with Astrid, talking and exchanging about your experiences, challenges and questions. Additionally there will be much more further information, background knowledge shared and input given by Astrid. - A safe place to talk about how things have been going for you, where you can post the questions you have, sharing your progress and path, with like minded others, keeping you on your path, motivated and supported all along.

  • For whom is the "Release Anxiety" Course?
    The Course is for everyone struggling with anxiety and stress in any form. Might it be social anxiety, a general anxious view on the world, and daily activities, more specific ones, such as a phobia, general worry, fear, nervousness and similar. Stress is a symptom which is for most people added to an overall already dysregulated Nervous System when being anxious. Also physical symptoms such as heart racing, sweating, hypervigilance, alterness and blushing, not able to talk when asked something, and similar are example symptoms suiting to taking the Course.
  • What if I don't manage to do the Modules at the suggested time?
    You can and should always take the time you need to continue with the Course and the given exercises. When you've missed days and are late with the suggested time, just continue them when you're emotionally able to do so again. If some parts have been very intense for you, it is suggested, you take all the time you need to process what you've learned and possibly already released. It is recommended then to start the course all over again, when parts have felt very intense for you, and you have not been able to go through them completely.
  • How long and when will be the Weekly Live Group Meetings?
    There are several options of available Meeting Times. When registering for the Course, you're going to receive more instructions on when and which Meetings you're able to attend. If one of the times don't suit you, you can always send a mail via the contact forms to suggest different times. Usually a Meeting is around 1,5 -2 hrs, always depending on the amount of questions and inputs from the group.
  • Do I have to attend the Weekly Live Meetings to get results?
    No, you never need to attend any of the Meetings, although it is recommended due to speeding up the process and keeping you on track with the modules and exercises.
  • What if I don't want to interact with the Community?
    You never need to interact with anyone, when you don't want to. Nevertheless, it is suggested to at least being part of it somehow to get the best benefits out of the Course, as experiences has shown that it gives the best results.
  • What if the Course is too intense for me?
    If it turns out, that the Course is too intense for you, and emotions and physical symptoms are too overwhelming, reach here out via mail right away, and don't wait until it becomes more. Pause the Course and take time for yourself doing what makes you feel good, reach out to friends and family, journal and write down your thoughts. Additionally, it is suggested that you talk to your individual health professionals, before, during and after the course. Don't hesitate and wait reaching out for the help you need.
